Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in finding the perfect bridal and prom attire.
Offer expert guidance and advice on dress styles, fittings, and accessories.
Ensure a seamless shopping experience, from initial greeting to purchase and finishing touches.
Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Handle customer inquiries, resolving them in a professional and friendly manner.
Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
Passion for fashion, bridal and prom attire, and excellent customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Weekend availability is required due to the seasonal nature of the business (Prom and Bridal season, January through May).
Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be fashion-forward and able to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
